Cipher is proud to be a International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local
#461 contractor. Union electricians are required to complete a three to five
year apprenticeship, depending on certification, under close watch of the IBEW.

in a wide variety of fields dealing with the electrical industry including
theory, installation, service and safety standards.

technological systems?
Cipher does offer leasing as an option to purchasing. Most of the financing we
can do on site for you with a written in service & maintenance agreement. From
CCTV, Satellite, Voice & Data, Security and Card Access, we can find a product
to fit your project and your budget, as well as give you peace of mind with
24-hour monitoring and on site financing. Cipher’s Sales Representative can
even offer you a buy-out on the equipment at the end of the contract, at a
reasonable price.
What should I expect
from my Cipher experience?
The first thing that

How is Cipher
affiliated with DIRECTV®? Does this mean I’m going to pay more for my DIRECTV®
programming going through a third-party vendor?
Cipher has been a System Operator through
Pace Electronics (Multi-band Group) for over seven years. Cipher provides the
installation and service & maintenance agreement, while DIRECTV® provides the
video services. Cipher, as an Operator, is not allowed to mark up any
programming by DIRECTV®. Cipher’s electricians can design, install and service
your DIRECTV® system as well as be your DIRECTV® shop – with DVR’s, standard
receivers, remotes, infrared systems and more that we can offer you cheaper than
most retail shops.
